The 1988 Copyright Act assigns copyright to MLB Photographic. The copyright and ownership of all images under the terms of this booking remain with MLB Photographic.
The client shall have NO right to reproduce, nor to authorise the reproduction, or to crop, change them from colour to black & white, or for the use use filters of any photographs created by MLB Photographic unless MLB Photographic grants specific permission. All original digital/negative files remain the property of MLB Photographic.
The client hereby gives permission for MLB Photographic to display any images captured under the terms of this agreement for the purpose of promoting MLB Photographic, such as, but not limited to brochures, display prints, advertising in any form or website display, providing that the images are used lawfully and without damage to the client.
If not already included in your session package a disc containing the final edited image collection from your gallery is available to purchase for £695 or at £55 per single high res file. The purchase of this Disc gives the client the right to make copies of and print from the image files for personal use only. Printing, copying, adjusting, editing images yourself (adding filters etc...) or display of these files for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.
